Delivery times

  • Standard Delivery

x business days – for most countries and post codes around the world.

  • Express Delivery (EU only)

x business days – this option is available for deliveries to countries within the European Union (for most post codes) and only for certain items. You can consult the availability of express delivery and approximate delivery time by contacting our customer service department.

Note: Some items in our store are marked 12-15 days. These items will take 12-15 days to be dispatched from our warehouse. This period will need to be added to the times above to estimate delivery times. The urgent delivery options indicated for the countries below cannot be applied to these items.

The delivery times are calculated according to working days (mon-fri) and may be altered by local or national holidays. If the bank transfer paymet option has been selected for your order, bear in mind that your order will not be dispatched until we have received the bank transfer.

The exact cost of delivery is displayed in your shopping cart, before you are asked to pay for the order. Shipping costs vary according to the destination of your order.

  • FastKrono reserves the right to modify shipping conditions including delivery times and transport costs at any time

  • FastKrono reserves the right to modify delivery options & times without previous notification in special cases.

  • Shipping costs do not include any possible extra payments, which may be added, such as customs tax and which may be charged Cash On Delivery.

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel your order, you should contact FastKrono Customer Service as soon as possible. Orders that are already in the process of being dispatched cannot be cancelled (even if the customer has not yet received the email as “sent” ). If we inform you that we are not able to cancel your order and it is going to be delivered within the European Union, you can refuse the delivery with the carrier so that you will not have to return the package and incur the return shipping costs to the FastKrono warehouse. In this case, FastKrono will process the return when it arrives back and provide you with a refund. This option is not valid for customers located outside the European Union.
FastKrono will not be responsible for the return costs of any returned orders that were sent and delivered.
