How to Return a FastKrono product
1. Request a FRF (FastKrono Return Form) document and number
If you bought your product directly from FastKrono on fastkrono.com, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it following the below procedure. Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Request an FRF (FastKrono Return Form) document and number by contacting FastKrono Customer Support and package products along with a copy of the FRF.
Write the FRF number on the outside of the box and send to (items must be received by FastKrono within 14 days of issuing the FRF):

2. Qualify for a refund
Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under FastKrono warranty cannot be accepted back for refund. To qualify for a refund, return your FastKrono product in the ORIGINAL box, including all devices, accesories, instructions and other components. All merchandise must be in like new condition.
It is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.
3. Return fees and shipping charges
- Returns from within the European Union
For returns from within the EU, you will always be charged shipping on the delivery of the exchange order. We recommend using a service with a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation in case of any problems with delivery.
- Returns from Outside the European Union
For returns coming from outside the EU, you will always be charged shipping on the delivery of the exchange order and will be responsible for the return postage to our warehouse in Sweden (Europe) along with any possible import duties or fees charged by Swedish customs upon return. We recommend using the international postal service with a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation in case of any problems with delivery and to minimize customs fees and duties.
4. Processing a Return
Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and their condition has been checked, FastKrono will accept the return and will proceed to process the corresponding exchange or refund.
- A. If you paid for your order by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same credit card account.
- B. If you paid for your order by Paypal, the amount will be refunded to your Paypal account.
- C. If you paid for you order C.O.D. or by bank transfer, you will be asked to provide us with a bank account number so that we can process the refund.
The amount will be refunded to your account within a period of 20 days, which will be calculated from the date the returned goods were received at our warehouse. Bear in mind that if you paid by credit card, the refund will probably not be shown on your bank invoice until it is updated, the following month.
Note. Under any circustance FastKrono will accept returns with unpaid postage.
